      Humphrey Peplow of Chaddesley Corbett was Bailiff to the Lord of the manor of Clent, which is very close to the Parish of Chaddesley Corbett, and William Underhill was a trustee to various lands in Clent which had belonged to a William Penn who died in 1616, but the income of which was to go to support the fabric and services of Clent Church.
