    • Evelyn G. (Crytzer) Boyd Peppler, 91,
      formerly of Friendship Apartments in
      Leechburg, died Monday, July 25, 2011, at
      Sugar Creek Rest Home, Sugar Creek
      Township. She was born June 25, 1920, in
      Manor Township, a daughter of the late
      William Crytzer and Mary (Beatty) Crytzer.
      She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church
      in Bethel Township and the Senior Citizens in
      Dime, Parks Township. Mrs. Peppler enjoyed
      crocheting, square dancing and traveling. In
      addition to her parents, she was preceded in
      death by her first husband, Etchel Boyd, who
      died in 1963; second husband, Russell S.
      Peppler, who died in 1998; stepson, Donald E.
      Peppler; stepdaughter, Eileen Kovach; sisters,
      Orpha Learn, Loretta Crytzer, Wilavene
      Crytzer and I. Elizabeth Stephenson; and one
      grandson, Albert Boyd. She is survived by her
      two sons, Edward H. Boyd (Juanita), of Parks
      Township, and Wilbur E. Boyd (Lorraine), of
      Seligman, Ariz.; stepdaughter, Ruby Clark
      (Veryl), of Parks Township; five grandchildren,
      15 great-grandchildren and three great-greatgrandchildren.
      Friends will be welcomed by
      her family from 6 p.m. until the time of
      funeral ceremonies at 8 p.m. Wednesday in
      CLAWSONS, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-
      842-1051. Officiating will be her pastor, the
      Rev. April Dailey. Private interment will be
      made in Bethel Lutheran Cemetery, Bethel
