      Will Samuel Peploe of Garnstone, co.Herefs.esq. ( Not to take effect in case of issue living after testator's decease) 1. All real estate to trustees Robert Parnther of Grafton Str., Co.Middx.esq. and Edward Coleman of Leominster, esq. to trusts as follows:- Mansion house at the Homme and lands belonging in parish of Dilwyn, to sister Ann Webb of Cheltenham, widow, for Crol. Mansion House at Garnstone w. all lands and apps. to use of sister Ann Webb for life; to use of Sir George Cornewall of Moccas Court and Thomas Frankland Lewis of Harpton Court, co. Rads., for term of 200 years. Property in co.Yorks. to nephew Daniel Peploe Webb for life, and heirs male successively; remainder to Rev.John Birch Webb, vicar of Weobley and heirs male, successively. Any persons inheriting to take surname and arms of Peploe. 2. Term of 200 years in Garnstone to Cornewall and heirs as above on terms as following:- To pay certain annuities, viz:- To Ann Webb £500 p.a. To niece, Mary Ann Mapes Enson, £50 p.a. To nephew George Samuel Webb, £100 p.a. To nieces Anne, Elizabeth and Caroline Webb, £50 p.a. 3. Daniel Peploe Webb to have right to grant rent charge on property to any woman he may marry, as jointure, and also rent charges for children; sum not to exceed £15,000 Other heirs to have similar powers on their inheritance. 4. Heirs also have right to lease any of the properties (except Garnstone) for not more than 22 years. Trustees have right of sale or exchange or purchase at direction of legally entitled heirs. 5. All furniture, books etc.to go along with the properties. 6. To nephew John Birch Webb, sum of £10,000 7. To trustees, their costs and expenses. 8. Residue of personal estate to nephew, Daniel Peploe Webb, who is appointed executor. 9. Provision for appointment of new trustees.
